01 · THE IDEAA company where AI does the work and you only approve
Imperiet isn't one chatbot. It's a set of specialised agents that each have one job, run on a schedule, share a memory and hand work to each other, like a small company. My job is to set the direction and press Approve.
Honest status: this is an experiment in public, documented day by day on TikTok. We are early. I'll show real numbers, including the boring ones, and no fake screenshots.
Etsy shop
Finds trends, designs printables and print-on-demand products, uploads listings, pins them on Pinterest and makes short videos.
itch.io + Amazon KDP
Makes game-art packs with a local image model and builds low-content books for Amazon.
Web studio
Finds small businesses with outdated websites, builds a better demo site and drafts a friendly email that I send with one click.
02 · THE SETUPFive building blocks
1 · Agents with one job each
"Trend scout", "product maker", "reviewer", "uploader", "marketer". Narrow jobs give far better output than one do-everything agent.
2 · Shared memory
A small database (or even JSON files) where agents leave results for each other: ideas, scores, stats, what sold. Without memory every run starts from zero.
3 · A human approval gate
Agents propose; you approve. Nothing that costs money, contacts customers or publishes without a click from you. This is what makes it safe to run while you sleep.
4 · A method book
A shared list of rules ("hook visible in frame 1", "max 2 posts per platform per day"). One agent researches weekly what works and updates it, so the whole system learns.
5 · A bridge to your own computer
Cloud agents drop jobs in a folder; a script on your PC runs a local image model and drops results back. Free image generation, no per-image fees.
03 · WEEKEND PLANBuild your first AI team in 7 steps
Pick a marketplace that already has buyers
Etsy, itch.io or Amazon KDP, not your own website first. Marketplaces bring traffic; a new website has none.
Write one agent's job like a job ad
Role, goal, exactly what to do each run, hard limits, and the output format. Use the template below.
Put it on a schedule
Every few hours is plenty. A scheduled agent that runs while you sleep is the core of the ecosystem.
Give it memory
One shared database/document it reads at the start and writes at the end of every run.
Add the approval gate
A simple page where proposals wait for your click. Start strict; loosen later.
Add a reviewer agent
It scores every output 1–10 against the best sellers in the niche and sends anything under 8 back.
Add the method book and measure
Track views, visits and sales per product. Once a week: keep what works, kill what doesn't, write it down as a rule.
04 · COPY-PASTEAgent prompt template
Fill in the brackets. This is the same skeleton our agents use.
You are the [ROLE] in [COMPANY], a company run by AI agents and owned by [NAME]. GOAL: [one measurable goal, e.g. "get the first 10 sales on Etsy"]. EVERY RUN: 1. Read the shared memory: [where] (latest stats, ideas, decisions, method book). 2. Do your job: [exact steps, in order]. 3. Score your own output 1–10 against [the best examples in the niche]. Under 8: improve it once, otherwise drop it. 4. Write results back to the shared memory: [fields]. 5. Anything that needs the owner goes to the approval list, never straight out. LIMITS (always): - Never spend money, buy anything or change payment/account settings. - Never message customers or other accounts. Never log in or create accounts. - Never bypass CAPTCHAs or platform rules. Label AI content where asked. - No trademarks, famous characters or claims that aren't true. FINAL ANSWER (sent to the owner's phone, max 3 lines): what you did, the key number, and anything waiting for approval.
05 · TOOLSWhat Imperiet runs on
Brains
Claude (scheduled agents + browser work), Gemini (game art and book team), GPT (web studio, voice and transcription).
Images
ComfyUI with Stable Diffusion XL on a home PC (RTX 3060, 12 GB VRAM).
Glue
Python scripts, JSON files as memory, a small web app for approvals, a scheduler.
Publishing
Etsy + Printify, itch.io, Amazon KDP, Pinterest, TikTok/YouTube/Instagram, Cloudflare Pages for websites.
06 · LESSONSMistakes we made, so you don't have to
- Too little RAM. 7.5 GB isn't enough to run an image model and heavy websites at once: the browser froze. Fix: images and browser work never run at the same time.
- An agent posted on the wrong account. Fix: every upload starts with "which account is logged in?"
- Amazon KDP has a weekly limit on new titles for new accounts. Fix: the team counts uploads and switches to other work when the quota is used.
- The first sales emails sounded harsh. AI copy defaults to "your website is bad". Fix: one warm, fixed template; the agent only fills in the details.
- More products ≠ more sales. 70+ listings with almost no visitors. Fix: traffic and improving existing listings before making new ones.
- Long videos lose people in 1 second. Fix: the whole hook visible in frame 1, videos of 10–12 s.
